Scheduling a meeting with Mammoth Insights does not automatically enroll you in a newsletter, email marketing list, or other promotional mailing program.

02

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses or may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. Cookies are small data files stored on or associated with your device. Pixels and similar technologies can help website operators and third-party platforms understand how visitors interact with websites and advertising.

Mammoth Insights currently uses technologies that may include:

We use Google Tag Manager to manage and deploy analytics and marketing tags on the Site.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors discover and use the Site, including information about traffic sources, pages viewed, devices, interactions, and general usage patterns.

We may use Google Ads conversion tracking or related Google advertising technologies to understand whether advertising results in visits, inquiries, scheduled conversations, or other actions.

We may use the Meta Pixel or related Meta technologies to measure advertising effectiveness, understand visitor activity, and support advertising on Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta services.

These third parties may use cookies, device identifiers, pixels, or other technologies to collect information about activity on the Site. Depending on the provider and your interactions with its services, those companies may combine information collected through the Site with information they already hold about you. Mammoth Insights does not control how third-party platforms independently use information collected through their technologies. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies and settings.

Most browsers allow you to block, restrict, or delete cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain website functionality or prevent some analytics and advertising measurement from operating as intended.

06

Advertising and the Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

Mammoth Insights does not sell personal information for money. However, some privacy laws use terms such as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly than their ordinary meanings. The use of advertising technologies such as Google Ads or the Meta Pixel may, under certain laws, constitute sharing of information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising purposes.

To the extent Mammoth Insights is subject to a law that provides you with rights regarding these activities, we will process valid privacy requests as required by applicable law. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining business and financial records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, maintaining security, and complying with legal obligations.

Retention periods may differ depending on the nature of the information and our relationship with the individual or client. Information processed on behalf of a client may be retained, returned, or deleted in accordance with the applicable client agreement, our instructions from the client, and applicable law.

09

Mammoth Insights takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, use, modification, loss, or disclosure. When working with client systems or data, we also seek to follow reasonable security practices appropriate to the systems and information involved.

However, no internet transmission, electronic system, or method of data storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee the absolute security of information. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through ordinary email unless appropriate safeguards have been arranged.
